What is Parkour?

Parkour is a method of training the body and mind that supports functional movement and self-growth. It is a transformative discipline that inspires people from many different backgrounds and skills.

Parkour is appealing to kids, adults, and the elderly - because it’s a principle that can be applied to anyone with any level of physical ability - as long as they have the desire to practice it.

Parkour provides a broad approach to movement training, building confidence and a better understanding of one’s abilities. Parkour is a way of moving, thinking, living, and overcoming all kinds of obstacles in life.

Parkour is a call to your inner child - helping you to reconnect with your instinct’s natural desire to play and explore your environment.

Is Parkour for me?

We teach parkour to kids, adults, men and women, as well as the elderly… our motto is; anyone can do parkour if they want to!

We’ve had “scared” and “uncoordinated” people get into parkour, and quite quickly start to enjoy moving with confidence and grace.

"Old" people who take up parkour at the age of 60 and older have found pleasure in moving differently, and also experience health benefits from this new activity.

There is no such thing as being too old to move! Your mind and body require movement stimulation.

Parkour is a transformative practice… and all you need is to be ready for a change – to experience YOUR growth.
